OPIS PROJEKTA
KARTON – PAK d.o.o odobren je projekt naziva Green is Deel – A New way of doing Competitive Business sufinanciran iz Norveškog fonda.
Predmetnim projektom predviđena je nabava suvremene tehnologije četvrte generacije kako bi se ostvarilo unaprijeđenje poslovanja u skladu s novijim zahtjevima tržišta. Uz navedeno, tijekom projekta provest će se određene popratne aktivnosti čija će sinergija omogućiti kvalitetnu provedbu u skladu s normama Programa Innovation Norway. Planirano trajanje projekta je 01.07.2023.-30.04.2024. mjeseci.
Projektne aktivnosti:
• Kupnja i postavljanje opreme za povećanje učinkovitosti i produktivnosti
• Aktivnost upravljanja projektom
• Aktivnost promidžbe i vidljivosti
• Aktivnost revizije.
Glavna projektna aktivnost odnosi se na nabavu najsuvremenije opreme za proizvodnju kartonske ambalaže. U sklopu predmetne aktivnosti planirana je nabava sljedećih strojeva:
1. Stroj za rezanje omotača kartonske ambalaže
2. Stroj za crtanje/oblikovanje u 2d ravnini.
Nabavkom novog stroja za rezanje omotača kartonske ambalaže, najnovije razine tehnologije, proces proizvodnje bit će automatiziran i optimiziran. Kapacitet proizvodnje po jedinici vremena značajno će se povećati u odnosu na sadašnje stanje. Produktivnost proizvodnog procesa povećat će se na relevantnom dijelu proizvodne linije te na razini cijele proizvodne linije.
CILJEVI I OČEKIVANI REZULTATI PROJEKTA
Opći cilj projekta je primjena novih tehnologija s ciljem pozitivnog povećanja konkurentnosti poslovnog sektora Istarske županije te Republike Hrvatske.
Specifični cilj projekta je implementacija novih tehnologija koje će omogućiti prijelaz društva na održivo i zeleno poslovanje.
Projekt će doprinijeti sljedećim ishodima i rezultatima:
Očekivani ishodi – Povećana konkurentnost poduzeća
• Procijenjeni godišnji rast prometa: 51% u 2027. u odnosu na 2021.
• Procijenjeni godišnji rast dobiti: 50% u 2027. u odnosu na 2021.
• Otvorena radna mjesta: 5, do 2027. u odnosu na 2021.
Zeleni indikatori
Ušteđene tone CO2: -5,2, do 2027., u usporedbi s 2021.
Pokazatelji rezultata projekta
Primijenjena jedna zelena inovativna tehnologija (novost u poduzeću) – 2 nova komada opreme.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
KARTON – PAK d.o.o. has been approved a project called Green is Deel – A New way of doing Competitive Business, co-financed by the Norwegian Fund.
The project in question envisages the acquisition of modern technology of the fourth generation in order to improve the business in accordance with the latest market requirements. In addition to the above, certain accompanying activities will be carried out during the project, the synergy of which will enable quality implementation in accordance with the norms of the Innovation Norway Program. The planned duration of the project is from 01.07.2023. till 30.04.2024.

The main project activity will be the procurement of the most modern equipment to produce cardboard packaging. As part of the activity in question, the acquisition of the following machines is planned:
1. Machine for cutting the sheath of cardboard packaging
2. Machine for drawing/shaping in the 2d plane.
With the acquisition of a new machine for cutting the sheath of cardboard packaging, the latest level of technology, the production process will be automated and optimized. The production capacity per unit of time will increase significantly compared to the current situation. The productivity of the production process will increase in the relevant part of the production line and at the level of the entire production line.
OBJECTIVES AND EXPECTED RESULTS OF THE PROJECT
The overall objective of the project is the implementation of new technologies with the aim of positively increasing the competitiveness of the business sector of the Region of Istria and the Republic of Croatia.
The main specific objective of the project is the implementation of new technologies that will enable the transition of the company to sustainable and green business.
The project will contribute to the following outcome(s) and output(s):
Expected outcomes – Increased competitiveness of the company:
• Estimated annual growth in turnover: 51% in 2027 in comparison to 2021
• Estimated annual growth in profit: 50% in 2027, in comparison to 2021
